Central Park is one huge park. To me a park is just a small space set aside for enjoyment of your choice and if your lucky it will have some swings or something. This park is nothing like you have ever seen before! There is a baseball pitch, swings, a carousel, bird watching, statues, great lawns to sprawl on, shade and sun, many New Yorkers use it as a beach, wearing their bikinis to sunbake. You can bike ride, roller blade, unicycle, run or walk.
Lachie and I took a wander, saw some baseball, ate snow cones with no flavour, if you’re ever in Central Park don’t waste your money on a snow cone, lemonade on the other hand is a different story, waste at once!
My favourite thing about the park are the squirrels, they are so cute running along with their fluffy tails in the air!
Being in New York is Amazing but being here with friends is even better!
We met Nicole Joel and Simon at their hotel. Nicole and I were a little too enthusiastic to see each other. I went in for a hug with a little too much force, miscalculated where my face was going to land, smashed her face and broke her earring. It was memorable at least.
We chuckled all the way to the Little Italy and guess what we had for dinner?? Well done! Italian! It was a nice restaurant that makes a mean sangria. I was pissy after one glass. After spaghetti bolagnaise we walked around times Square checking out the M&M store.
This store is ridiculously large! I felt it was a little unnecessary and to my great disappointment they did not have any crispy M&M’s, they have pretzel flavour but no crispy, go figure?? Does salty chocolate sound really yum to anyone??
ahhh gezzzz
